If the product is not faulty and opened, (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason), the cost of shipping will fall on you. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us so we recommend that you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment.
If the product is defective or damaged upon receiving, please contact us via our RMA form below and we will assist you. As soon as we receive the product and perform the inspection, we will notify you of our decision. We reserve the right to a partial refund in cases where the product is not in an unused condition, is damaged or missing parts that are not the result of our error.
